Daily classes are provided at Elizabeth Beach Surf Club or Rainforest Studio during holiday periods
and long weekends.

 Private classes and massage are available throughout the year at the Rainforest Studio.

 Beginners are welcome. I would encourage beginners to first try the Creative Hatha, Gentle Hatha
 or Vinyasa Flow to get to know the poses. Extensions and modifications are given in all classes.

 Class Descriptions

 Creative Hatha: Taking more time to get to know and soak up the essence of yoga in each pose
-improving alignment, flexibility, strength, tone and presence.

 Power Flow: A continuous flowing class to provide strength and agility to muscle groups, cleanse
and tone. Walk away like you have had a workout, refreshed and clear of mind.

 Vinyasa Flow: Working up to a flowing sequence and slowing back down to static poses - a nice
balance of flowing and static poses providing a better range of motion in muscles and joints, with
an open, fresh and calm feeling.

 Gentle Hatha: Gentler version of Creative Hatha - a soft approach, some Qi Gong may be added to the class.

 Yin Yoga: Deeply restorative and challenging. Long holds, more floor practise with props to assist. Yin Yoga
encourages energy to flow deeper into the body nourishing joints, connective tissues and bones. Wonderful
and soothing for the nervous system - great for stress!
